Videos not downloading

My son accidentally deleted the app and when I redownloaded the app, the videos would not download. Please fix this problem. My son is very upset and the app cost too much to not be able to download

For 20$ I expected more from this app, although it was functional as I write this... First of all the videos are all great stuff. My 1 yo daughter loves them. That said: 1) you have to download any video to watch it first 2) you can't delete any videos once you download them 3) no shuffle function 4) no playlist/way to save favorites 5) aspect ratio is fixed on 16:9(ish) so no full screen There's other changes I thought of I just can't remember them. But for 20$ for something I can get on YouTube, this app should have been much better and I can't currently recommend it. FIX IT!!!

So, I've edited my review bc I went to the website and emailed them directly about the problem I was having (Sunday) and they replied on Tuesday and the problem is fixed by the next day! They did an update which has now allowed me to download songs again. I recommend everyone who had a problem before to do the update and it should be fixed.

We love these videos and songs for our daughter, but for $20, I thought I'd be able to repeat a song and play a song in the background while doing something else on my phone. We try to limit how much our daughter looks at the screen but she still loves the music.
Spanish Languages...no?

I noticed how much my son loved the videos and songs and bought the app for our offline moments but we speak only Spanish at home. I thought that after changing the iPad language to Spanish it will activate the Spanish version since we know all the videos are available in Spanish online. So disappointed... it was a $20 purchase. I blame myself since I didn't check that beforehand in the app information but, why the videos are available online in Spanish and the app doesn't have that language activated?! Like...non sense.
A lot of videos, but not all of them

Several of the more popular videos are missing from the you tube channel we watch are among my daughter's favorites-apples and bananas part 1, and 5 little monkeys. But easy to navigate, and can make a small playlist. Most importantly, it is toddler friendly for navigation.

Is nice app but my kids don't like hallowing videos, and is not way to remove that videos, I hope they can improve it.
Great app with lots of content

My three year old loves Dave and Ava and learns a lot of behaviors from these vids. This app has been great when traveling. My only complaint is the huge lock button that pops up when you touch the screen while a video is playing. Tapping it locks the app into the current mode disabling all of the controls, and requires an adult to unlock it. What a terrible idea it was to put a trap like that on the screen, locking children out of the ability to select another video by tapping an icon that they are curious about.
