No Ads And Not a Subscription

Numbers is a pretty good Spreadsheet. If you are used to Excel, it’s not quite as technically sophisticated for engineering calculations. But it’s great for most common uses. Best of all it’s not a freaking subscription that will cost you over and over each month nor does it have advertisements. Numbers seems to be somewhat more optimized for touchscreen use than Excel in my perception. For most of my uses it’s good enough and the cost is reasonable. It is easy to use with the files application to move the files in and out without requiring it’s own proprietary file sharing system that usually costs you.

I have used this app for years. Now it won’t load. After it says waiting, it starts loading all over. What is wrong.
I so badly want it to beat excel

In a world where even sheets can make my complicated spreadsheets from excel work, and in an online format. Numbers still can’t quite get it right. The interface is confusing and the result isn’t as reliable as I need. I try rebuilding things differently for numbers but ultimately go back to sheets and excel because numbers just isn’t what I need yet. Keep trying Apple I know you can get there eventually ?

Looks like Apple has given a lot of thought to help people want to use this on their iPhones. I find this very intuitive and easy to use. Ideal for the kind of personal data that you want to enter on your iPhone.
Since converting to pay app old files inaccessible

I have the previous version of this app, with the new version the old files are inaccessible without buying the new version. Good old ransom.

Great app, but latest updates keeps closing the file. In middle of formula editor, it escapes out so can never type formulas anymore

I’m not absolutely in love with this app, but it does come in handy for if you have a business. I have a recommendation though. 1-maybe it could give you an option for if you want to use the same password for every project? I understand it if you’re doing different projects with different people or something, but at least giving you the option of using the same password would be nice. That’s pretty much it! Other than this, this is a nice app.
Number Formats for an entire column

Why make it so difficult to format numbers? The app is called NUMBERS for crying out loud. Add this functionality to the pop-up and I would be very happy!
