The app doesn’t have an option for Nubody

I was so excited that there was an app for my new NuBody device and I quickly downloaded it. However, was disappointed to learn that the app is only for owners of the Nuface devices. Can we expect an update for the body skin toning device anytime soon?

It’s amazing to me that a company like NuFACE failed to make a more functional app to use with their devices. After setting up schedule, you can’t change it, it crashes after each try! No progress tracking, no calendar. Tutorials are useful, but you only watch them once when first trying the device. No value from this app
Crashes every time I try to save my routine

I haven’t even had a chance to use the app, because it crashes at the most basic step of saving the routine I entered. Also, for devices, I wanted to add the NuFace Fix and have it show me how/when to incorporate that into my routine, but it only supports the facial training devices.
Why have an app except to get data

App keeps crashing right at “create routine” phase (that’s the beginning) From what I can see- there are no new resources, no exciting new routines To make this app valuable and to make your product more exciting to users 1. Make sure your app works 2. Add face routines that are fun and different to keep interest high In this day and age you really can’t have a terrible app- we’re on our way to web3- brands like Nuface need to have mastered this part to keep customers engaged and buying more products/attachments/ upgrades Rather don’t have an app than something this unprofessional

I have adult ADHD and this app helps me to remind myself to use my device because days go by and I won’t realize that I have forgotten to use it so it may not do a lot for all those people who don’t have a hard time remembering but for someone like me it is extra useful and less I can’t remember all the moves even doing them on a regular basis sometimes I forget how I’m supposed to move it and what speed I’m supposed to move it so I don’t waste my time doing it all wrong thank you nu face!!

After a time consuming process of selecting your 5 day schedule (it could really be simplified), which I did twice, the app crashed - both times.

Really nice addition to my routine. I would have given it 5 stars but it does not have a treatment session for the neck . I did bring this to the attention of NuFACE and they suggested that I look ok youtube . It would be nice to have this comprehensive routine all together . Otherwise, the app is very helpful

Setting a schedule is too complicated. Also, the app crashed twice on me AFTER I had set my schedule and while I was trying to submit the final version, which made it lose all my schedule data. What a pain. I just put a reminder on my personal calendar instead. Hope you didn’t pay a lot of money to have this app developed, terrible UX!
