I’m trying to set up my profile and the app keeps crashing when trying to submit my reminder schedule. Unable to move past this step.

I just bought all the products after my Trinity died (I used it for years!!!!). This app could be SO awesome if you had all the products on here as well as tracking. The tracker included in the box with stickers is very outdated. App tracking is where it’s at in 2020.
Need an update!
Dig a potato
There are whole lots new products made and sold by NuFACE but they are not in this APP. I just purchased a NUFACE FIX which is not an option in the app. I have to go to YouTube for a easier tutorial instead of reading the whole book guide from the box. Luckily the Trinity and Mini are there :( Same as other girls said, I hope there’s a calendar that I could use for tracking the process. Also a reminder system to let me know when it’s time to start the treatment.

As other reviews have stated, it crashes after you input your schedule. Please fix so I can start using!
It’s Beneficial but Could be Improved

Pros: The app reminds you when it’s time for your next treatment. It includes tutorial videos. Areas for Improvement: As others have suggested, a calendar for tracking treatment days would be great. The treatment slightly different from the NuFace bodies on the website and YouTube, which makes me wonder if I am missing something. It would be nice to track treatments the first 60 days.
