I agree with many other reviews, the function for directing you through each step is great, but the app doesn’t do much else. Yes, it should have a calendar logging completed or missed sessions and showing you upcoming sessions, and tracking your 60 day progress to the maintenance phase. Maybe even log progress photos? There’s so much potential. The fact that these requests have been in multiple reviews for at least 2 years is very disappointing for a company charging a LOT of money for these devices, having such a subpar app in this day and age is a huge fail on their part.
Doesn’t do much

Pretty useless. Doesn’t do anything apart from giving basic instructions. Doesn’t connect to the device or programme it so it doesn’t add any functionality.
Lacking - Good only for video of basic face

App has only basic face video. Needs pic of NuFACE placement as the website has so don’t have to run video to see steps. Completely missing eye and neck treatments. Also missing calendar that would allow user to track which treatments done and if basic or advanced. Very disappointing.

This app needs lots of work! You can’t change your routine. It also does not have the neck portion. Just stick to the videos online and save yourself the memory space on your phone.

Love the tutorials but I need the NECK added to it. Also, it would be great if it kept up with your treatment counts each week!

This is an ok way to learn to use NuFACE, however now that the device is cleared for the neck, that routine should be added to the app.

Every time I try to submit my schedule the app crashes. I have deleted the app and started the process over with no change. Very frustrating.

Like the other review was saying, good for short instruction videos but that’s it. Whenever I try to create a routine, the app shuts down.
