Great app!

This app was invaluable in helping us find our current home. It is much more accurate in its information regarding homes that are currently on/off the market than another site we tried. It allowed my realtor to actively monitor homes we saved regarding the style of home we liked and price ranges we were considering. Also, my husband and I could share newly found homes with each other. When we made our current choice, we were even able to share preliminary pictures with our immediate family.

I really wanted to like this

The application has improved, but is still missing the mark. The searches do not yield all available data as compared to the NTREIS MLS that I use on the desk. I wish there was a way research the exact same criteria as the other interface with the option to direct the findings stored reports with the cumbersome process currently in place.
Like app but needs work

This app seems to pull most data but not all available houses are listed. If you put too many filters that are readily available, the search yields no results. It does tend to lock up a lot and pics are not available. I do like this product and will continue to use it; however, please fix crashes and add a way to filter out houses that are already under contract.
