My appraiser friend told me about this app. It updates much faster than zillow. Don't waste time on zillow looking at houses already under contract.

Please add feature to filter out "Option" and "Contingent" properties. Otherwise, this is a useful app that is more accurate than other real estate apps.

I love this app however I hate that I can't search by lot size. I can search ranches but do not get many listing back that are 2 acres some of the other apps are better bc I can select 1acre and certain price and get my results narrowed down

This app os amazing when looking up things on the fly! Especially when your clients see a sign across the street from a home you are showing them and say "how much is that one?" Which i hear all the time. This app is a great tool to have available
Great for buyers

This app is very helpful when working with buyers. I can see what they're looking at, and I know the status is accurate. Buyers are going to be searching for homes online, this is a much better option than those OTHER sites!
