Possibly the worst

May be the worst real estate app ever. Shows my realtor 29 favorites when I have 9 selected, no ignore or trash capability to no longer show listings I don’t like and no longer want to see in searches, does not keep up to date with active status, comps lists are iffy at best, not many options to limit searches, freezes up and takes away top part of screen, etc. This app resembles the thought that an adult daycare activity involves. It seems to be forgotten about as quickly.

App freezes, calculator hangs with a disclaimer, tapping an active listing brings up older listings and no option to print the listing or public info. Long way to go before this becomes a polished usable app for agents. I would not give my clients this app to use yet.

Three stars ? because I love laying in bed at night looking at all the houses to sell. Three stars ? because it NEVER works when I have someone in front of me and need it.

-Doesn’t display specific school. -Doesn’t display price history. -Doesn’t tell you if HOA is monthly/quarterly/annually. -Doesn’t tell you what rooms are in which floor level. -Doesn’t allow to search via specific school.

Critical functionality missing - CMA. Would be quite powerful to be able to do a quick CMA analysis and send it to my clients directly from the app. Just mirror the function found in the MLS tool online.

Thank you for the app. It used to let me share directly to a client from a property. Not sure where that went. Need more flexibility on searches.
