This is the only Task Management I've been able to stick with and I've tried lots. This app isn't perfect, it isn't magic, it won't do your work for you but everything makes sense and just works the way it supposed to work. The development team is responsive. The founder is slightly obsessive and keeps the application focused and growing.

I have tried a hundred similar apps. There is nothing out there that even comes close to the brilliant functionality of this Nozbe app. My leadership uses this app for collaboration. We handle hundreds of projects and thousands of tasks each year with easy, thanks to Nozbe. A few months ago, I decided to spend 10 minutes each morning, to add new projects and tasks, re-title and rearrange existing projects and tasks as they morph, and set my priority list for the day. Take the time to figure out how to use the app like a pro! It's not difficult, all the tutorials are there in video and written format. Master this app and you will significantly increase focus and productivity. One more thing I love about Nozbe is how dynamic the team is about continual improvement! They always reply to me within an hour with ever suggestion. My ideas actually show up in future releases! I wish the entire world Nozbe'd like me.

For me, NOZBE is the only tool I've come across that works for me. I love the flexibility, integration, and emphasis on getting things done. Can't recommend strong enough.

I love Nozbe, both the desktop and mobile versions are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to use. The only thing I feel that would improve the experience would be if the notifications that popped up in control center were actually the day's tasks instead of "4 tasks in Nozbe." That would make the app even better! Thanks for all your hard work!
