Advice to newcomers!

Make sure you take the time to learn how to use the appp, or you may lose valuable data! Have been a long time user and a fan of Wunderlist, which is a great Todo app as well. But I was looking for a similar app, that has a few more advanced features for projects, such as, sub-projects, or clustered tasks, and Nozbe have them, so I decided to test it. I didn't watch all tutorials or read all instructions right in the beginning, but in a course of a few months, I learned different parts at a time. Maybe, if I took the time to learn most of the features upfront, I wouldn't have lost long checklists I prepared. The saddest part that I learned the hard way - is there is no way to reverse, or restore them - even after using the "Save" button. (The first time I lost a checklist, was right before I completed writing it, and tap "save". The 2nd time, I did save the list, but it's gone)

Love the format ... love how I can break my projects down and create tasks for each one, add time allotments and set dates for each one!

Very logical and a joy to use. Nothing escapes my “In” box.

I have used Apple notes and Evernote (which I still subscribe to) because of the awesome web clipper, but I love the simple usability of Nozbe, which is based on the methodology of David Allen’s best-selling book “Getting Things Done“ (GTD). Borrowing from David’s book the quote from Albert Einstein “everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler”, that is Nozbe in a nutshell.

Excellent app with good GTD like functionality. That said, I'll be using something else (most likely Viira) because this app lacks any Outlook/Exchange integration/sync.

I'm amazed by how much this tool is well designed. It's easy and straightforward to add tasks, organize them and share them with my colleague. We have been using nozbe for a few days and we already love it!

A great tool for simple or complex use

Nozbe has it all but you don't have to use it all. Make it as complex or simple as you need. It will grow with you and handle projects and simple tasks really well. This is the underdog in the productivity market. Costs money. Works great. Constantly updated and improved. It's better than 95% of the tools out there.

Hats off to the developers for making Nozbe the best it's ever been. I hadn't used it for a long time but checking in with it now I'm blown away. The UI has always been beautiful but now even more so. Extensive integrations. I depend on the Evernote one. Would love to have a Gmail integration that didn't involve forwarding to a Nozbe address. The whole productivity flow with this task manager has improved tremendously. Flawless sync. I also love how it's cross platform. It's pricey but if the features are worth it to you like they were to me it's worth it plus you're supporting a good developer.

Doesn't offer much over Wunderlist/Todoist & invasive notifications

The app is alright, but nothing worth switching over from Wunderlist or Todoist in my opinion. Granted, it might be better for a business workflow with multiple team members. Also, the notifications are pretty invasive. It automatically set up notifications for my Mac, has sent multiple emails, and created a calendar for itself that automatically got loaded onto my calendar. Not a fan. Now I get weekly emails that I can't turn off. Just wish the admins of this app would chill and make it easier to opt out of these things.
