Love Nozbe but App needs improvement

Filled2spill

I've been using Nozbe for my GTD over the last several years and cannot live without it. But I do not use the iPhone app because of the difficulty in logging in. Each time I open i must type in username and password. This could be resolved by utilizing touch ID or someway to save the password. My workaround is to keep a window open in my Safari browser which saves the password. Nozbe developers, please help!

Awesome

New reoccurring task feature is the best.

Nozbe Number One

Nozbe is the best! I've tried the "best" apps and have always came back to a Nozbe afterward. Support is number one as well. Any question I've had, has always been answered timely, politely and completely. Should be the first app to appear in the App Store for project management, task management, life management, on and on...

Keeps getting better

1. It does almost everything I want an app to do, and it prolly does more I don't know about. 2. Delfina and her team (more and more names now) respond quickly to my inane requests and comments. 3. It works seamlessly on win10, Linux (restart after install), iOS, and there's a web app, all coordinated within seconds of any change anywhere. 4. In-app links to data on Evernote, Dropbox and a handful more and Google calendars. 5. I wish I knew how to generate "done" notices to appear like comments do. 6. I can access a trail (log?) of actions taken on any project, like I see concurrently in my notification emails. I just tap the "i" then choose the lightning bolt.

Awesome, but lately iPhone app not syncing

Tinktertot

Usually I'd give 5 stars bc this app has organized my entire life - using Michael Hyatt's techniques. Pls update so iPhone app gets its refresh button back. It used to sync like a charm immediately, but stopped. Help!

Nozbe allows me to focus on my most important tasks. I can easily capture actionable items from my computer, phone, watch, or in my weekly review. Outstanding service and support. The best!

Fantastic Productivity Suite - perfect for collaboration

Love the new Siri integration and the watch app! I get stuff done on my wrist now :-) Nothing beats Nozbe in terms for project sharing, collaboration and delegating tasks. In our company we no longer use email to communicate, we just do it all through Nozbe's shared projects. The Evernote and Dropbox integrations are a welcome bonus. Thanks and keep it up!

Best for GTD

Jon Reid

I've tried various GTD applications, from before iPhone days. None of them compare to the ease of using Nozbe. You can tell it was created by real GTD practitioners — it's not a to-do list app with GTD stuff bolted on the side. Nozbe lives in my iPhone dock. The better I get at offloading my brain into it, the more essential it becomes to me.

Love it

I love love love this app. I use it many times a day. But I hate hate hate the incessant prompts to rate it in this version. Please remove!

Have been using it for over a year but..

Just updated to V3.6. LOVE the search function (I always consider completed task searching to be a must, and now you did it)!! The only thing annoys me is the checklist progress... In one task, I usually have several (sometimes up to 20 or so) checklists as separated comments, each only have 1 or 2 sub tasks. Strange thing is that your "checklist progress" is NOT based on the main task, but on each comment (I don't really understand why. This seems really counterintuitive to me). As a result, most of my sub tasks have doubled their space with the progress above each of them with only two progress state: 0% and 100%. Totally useless and annoying to me :( Why I don't put those sub tasks together as one single checklist? Because I don't usually create all these sub tasks in one go. And I like that I can create a task with sub task comment. If they are all in one checklist, only one task will be created with the name of the sub task on the top, which is not useful to me. Why I don't convert the task into a project? Because I really don't like having too many projects.... I have my own productivity system (maybe not very GTD style but I enjoy it: )) and Nozbe has been a GREAT tool for me. But this checklist progress thing really bugs me. Could you reconsider whether progress should be of the whole task or only of each comment?? And if that is not going to happen, could you please add an option to toggle the progress thing off? Thank you so much!
