Why is there a page with credit card info that you MUST enter? Otherwise Cancel your Appt. I missed my appointment cuz of this. I don’t understand why I have to input my credit card info since I’m not shopping or ordering anything online. I have insurance and it was 100% covered. If that is for people who are not covered, then it should let me bypass that entire page, not be stuck there for no dam reason. What kind of a stupid app forces people to enter their credit card info or you don’t get to talk with the doctor! Even though it’s entirely free! Does this make any Sense? To Anyone?

Twice I’ve used the app and had video calls with “doctors” that each forgot to put the prescription in. Of course you don’t know that until you drive down to the pharmacy and they say there’s “sorry there’s nothing in under your name” To make matters worst you cannot message the doctor and let them know of their mishaps. You have to wait to you see them online again and then queue up for another video call. Even when you let customer service know you can not reach your “doctor” because they are never online they say they will get a hold of them but never do. Complete Joke
It’s as good as being there, but at this time it’s also safer to visit this way.

Wow! I am sooo glad I used this service! Dr. Eddie Marhis was wonderful and attentively listen to my questions and concerns. He also prescribed me the right medication I needed to feel better! Awesome experience!
