Complete Joke – NowClinic Review

Twice I’ve used the app and had video calls with “doctors” that each forgot to put the prescription in. Of course you don’t know that until you drive down to the pharmacy and they say there’s “sorry there’s nothing in under your name” To make matters worst you cannot message the doctor and let them know of their mishaps. You have to wait to you see them online again and then queue up for another video call. Even when you let customer service know you can not reach your “doctor” because they are never online they say they will get a hold of them but never do. Complete Joke
