Dr. Kwan helped me with my son’s sty problem on his left eye. It’s just so good to not leave the house and get the help we need. She’s very nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend her and this app!

My problem was handled immediately and efficiently. I am so appreciative to have this option. My husband is on his way to the pharmacy. It’s amazing we are done and never had to leave the house!!

This was the 1st time using a service like this and I swear I’m never going to the urgent care office again unless they can’t help me. Perfect for just about anything you would need at an in person dr visit. Dr. Mathis was amazing, the environment so much more relaxed than a traditional visit. The visit was due to a 2nd degree burn from a grease fire; we got a prescription and great advice on wound care minus being exposed to Covid-19 or any other infectious ailment awaiting you at an urgent care or emergency room! AND this was using traditional HPN Medicaid. Totally free! Thank you Dr. Mathis and NowClinic! Trish & Dewayne

The app wants you to put a credit card in even though it’s say my visit is covered at 100%. The system verify my insurance to make sure my insure is active.

This was great service ! I was in extreme pain from sunburn and so glad I could get a consultation from home at 11 pm I will be on my way to get my prescription shortly ,
