Great idea but not accessible to all

I love the idea that at the tap of a button you can tel close ones that you have something going on. There’s no having to wait for someone to figure it out, it’s very to the point. What I don’t love is that it costs money to use it. Not even a pay for premium features, you have to pay to be able to request help, this is also a monthly fee not a one time fee. I think that defeats the purpose in someways and that makes this app inaccessible to some users. There may be people that do not have access to paying (ie they don’t have a credit/debit card, they can’t get an itunes gift card) so people that may need it the most will not be able to because of the cost. I understand the payment probably means there’s no ads but I’d rather ads than not being able to use this great idea because I can’t pay for it

If you struggle with depression and thoughts of suicide, you are not alone. Lots of people do. I do. But I fight back by having a plan. First, I reach out and let people know I am having a bad day. Then I call for help by texting or dialing a prevention hotline. Then I follow up with my mental health team. I still have bad days but be being prepared I don’t worry or stress about it as much. This App will be a wonderful part of anyone’s plan.

Every family should have this! It’s such an efficient way to check in and ask for help. Or react quickly when help is needed. Highly recommended.

Can’t use it they set you up to fill out everything people get your request to add but you can NOT use the app unless you pay monthly it’s not that much but seriously why should I pay for help from my friends I’d rather just text them cool idea but not for that price my health and when I need help doesn’t have a price on it. Sorry but nope

Great idea but expensive

Great idea, but people in need, specially teenagers wouldn’t be able to afford it, even if it looks $2 a month is nothing for some, but it is not easy for others. Specially if they don’t have access to credit card or financial account.
