Amazing Gift – notOK® Review

If you struggle with depression and thoughts of suicide, you are not alone. Lots of people do. I do. But I fight back by having a plan. First, I reach out and let people know I am having a bad day. Then I call for help by texting or dialing a prevention hotline. Then I follow up with my mental health team. I still have bad days but be being prepared I don’t worry or stress about it as much. This App will be a wonderful part of anyone’s plan.
