Got a new phone and can’t reset my password within the app. Emailed support, called support and no one ever got back.

Got this for free as part of my home insurance. Even though the system was already calibrated, the sensors keep going off for no reason. Ended up getting Arlo system which was SO much more reliable.

What is the purpose of making the invite system so clunky? Most other apps give an email confirmation link, but notion forces you to install it and create a new account? What kind of joke app is this? On the bright side, I’ve had good experience with the sensor accuracy, but notifications come extremely late as well.
Can’t even set up

I just got my system from Hippo, and the app gets stuck when I try to configure the bridge. Will have to contact support... was looking forward to an easy set-up.
Limited multifunction

I put a sensor on the kitchen window hoping to utilize it for both break ins through the window and a smoke alarm. Unfortunately the sensor can’t do both at the same time. If you set it to sense when the window is opened the only other additional options are leaks and room temp. I set it at room temp in hopes that would alert me to a fire in the same way the smoke alarm would. Other than that, really easy setup and the app seems easy to use.

Love Notion! Great and inexpensive system for a piece of mind! Very user friendly, (even for less techno savvy people). Simple to set up and very easy to navigate. Have, and will continue to recommend to everyone: home, apartment, business, storage unit, dorm room...

It's definitely a startup as some features don't work at all or work like intended. I'm keeping them hoping there will be improvements soon. The app needs Apple watch support/app. Also would like FAQ listed under support inside the app.
