Norton Mobile Security is free iOS app published by Symantec

Are you kidding me???

TTEsq

This is the first App that I have downloaded where I feel that I have actually been mislead and ripped-off! I purchased a Security/ Antivirus subscription for my Mac which included protection for iOS devices as well. This App only: 1. Includes a feature which mirrors the included "Find My iPhone/ iPad" and; 2. The ability to back up contacts. There is not a hint of AntiVirus/ security protection whatsoever! In fact, there is a button to click for NortonApps which curiously opens up the Music Store with a search for "Symantec"!!! What in the world is that??? It's either an unacceptable bug -- or part of an effort to further mislead. This App does not do what it was sold to do as part of a Mac/ iOS security subscription.

Misleading

Misssssssss Ann

I paid $90 for 10 devices. 3 pcs, 3 iPads 4 iPhones. I only needed a virus protection for 3 pcs I guess. None needed for iPhones or iPads, which I can't use what I purchased for. Waste of money.

I wanted security and firewall protection. This only offers contact back up and phone locator, i'm on the website promised me the features I wanted. I was swindled and will be asking for my money back.

Constant Nag Messages

I use this as it is packaged with another Norton Product I use for PC. It backs up and restores as it should, the locate me works, but the last update I keep seeing a nag message to enable the security features. This happens on my iPad and iPhone at least once a week. The sad thing is, they are already enabled, so the message is a bug. You would think they would have fixed it in the last few months, but no, it keeps showing up. There are other products out there that do the same thing and probably bug free.

Not reliable

Used to be better

Does nothing more than Apple or Verizon

Don't waste your time or GB's on this app. All it's good for is phone location and contact backup. Seriously??

Forget it if you have an iPhone

This product gives none of the browsing or security protection that you are a custom too from Norton on a laptop or desktop computer. For mobile phones such as an apple iPhone your standard Apple products such as find my iPhone work seamlessly and just as the norton me to product

Excellent

Just take my money already !! I can't believe this product exists!! Perfect for my needs . You don't know what your missing until you download this app!!

Not a security app

I spoke with a Norton customer Service rep who told me that Apple does not allow third-party vendors to influence or support Apple products' security. This app is basically a contacts backup and that's all. You will need to purchase Norton Deluxe to activate it. There are MUCH better contacts backup apps that are free.
