What, no protection?

I purchased for Mac and iOS. Mac works, but there is nothing for protection for iPads, just location services and contact backups. Calling for refund. Find another service.
Useless app except for backups

The only thing it really does is backup contacts. Not a virus scanner. Wasted 14.99$.

I have always had a lot of respect for Norton/systematic programs and apps. Now however, this ridiculous trend of timing out after a couple of days or a weeks, whatever, is ridiculous. It has Force me and I’m sure many, many others to shorten and simplified the Password, because of signing in again and again and again, over and over. I do not know who came up with this ridiculous idea, but when you find him give me a call I’d like to kick him straight in the nuts.

I was hoping it would protect my phone like it does my computer. It’s doesn’t. Pretty much worthless.

Please tell me that this app does something else than what I can already do with my iCloud and built-in apps in my iPhone. If this does not provide a “similar” protection as described for the Android system I want a refund immediately. I hope I’m wrong, otherwise Symantec has lost all of their credibility.

To install the software that u purchased from Norton to go on their iOS devices. This app only does two things - back up ur contacts and have a find my phone feature. My phone has been hacked too many times and apple doesn’t offer ANY type of phishing software that will alert u the way Norton does. Apple needs to secure a contract with Norton to allow this. So after January 30, 2019 When my contract is up I’m ditching the iPhone and heading back to Android so I can actually be protected. This is crazy!!!

Bought the norton pc virus scan and was hoping to have some protection on mobile device. All is offered is this app which is totally useless.
Can’t find my account

On my PC I can login to my Norton account just fine but on my iPad this app can’t find my subscription. So this app was useless for me on the iPad and need something else.
