It used to work well but now the app won’t even open it keeps taking me out the second I tap on it

Buggy App

The bulb seems to work okay but the app has a hard time connecting when it works. It doesn’t seem to open for iOS 14. Also, not many features in the GUI. I do like that I'm not required to sign up for yet another account.

I also agree with the other reviews. Great product. Great concept, but the app needs a lot of work. Aside from the bugs and the strange music feature (lights sync with sounds through the mic but not while music is being played through the phone?)... The timer only allows the user to turn the light off or on over the course of one hour. I purchased this with the intention of synchronizing my bedroom lamp with my morning alarm. Obviously this won’t be possible if I can only set the timer 60 minutes ahead of time. (I also hoped to be able to be able to control the brightness through the timer as well - but that’s me being extra picky...) As a MN native, I the hope this company can make the changes necessary to be successful, especially with daylight savings time coming up! We could definitely use a little light on those cold, dark, mornings up here in the north??

do better ):<

i was going to be nice and give you 2 stars because the light bulb itself is cool but the app that controls it isn’t ?. please for the love of god fix or re-do the app because it’s terrible!

Smart for like 2005, but you get what you pay for.

If you want to be able to change the light you’ll just have to turn the switch for the light on and off so that it can recalibrate. Yes, it kinda defeats the purpose of it being a smart bulb, but if you can get over having to turn the switch on and off all the time to recalibrate the light you’ll like it. Once it actually calibrates when you flip the switch on the light it actually dims and goes between colors halfway decently.

Works perfectly!

Even from the distance I use it! I picked this up last year, a nice and simple app. I will be getting more!

Please try harder.

I love that y’all took 11 months to fix the iOS 13 crashing problem just in time for iOS 14 to come out. Once again the app crashes every time I try to open it after pairing my bulbs. I have to redownload the app every time I want to use my lightbulbs. See y’all in 11 months when you finally fix this problem!

I stopped using my bulb because of how hideous this app is.

The bulb itself works well. The app itself literally drove me away from continuing the use of the bulb. The icons are inconsistent, the animations are horrible, the layout is horrendous. Long story short, horrible UI/UX. It seems like they outsourced this app for $15 and then made Becky the receptionist update it.

threw the bulb in the trash due to poorly made app

wish I could return the light bulb but had thrown all the packaging away, expecting this app to work (like.. at least a little bit) don’t waste your money!! you can’t even turn the bulb on or off with the app, it always crashes and you have to unplug your lamp every time . so frustrating, but at least glad to see it was not just me having these issues. miss my 10$ lol
