After downloading this app and setting it up it completely erased my all of my sons Zelda BOTW history. He and I have spent so much time playing together, this app was supposed to allow for more solo play and flexibility for him, it wiped out everything without any short of warning or message of overwriting.

Screen time limits notify the child but don’t restrict them from continuing to use, or immediately notify the parent. That is not helpful.

I can’t control off time or when the Switch turns off after being used for so manny hours; it makes the app kind of worthless.

I enjoy having the parental control, however it is not synchronized to the kids Nintendo, meaning that when they are playing it does not show on mine and I have to sign out and sign in again to work and even then it does not show the accurate time. It would also be helpful that the alarm sounds also on my phone

There are a couple things that need improvement for an otherwise adequate app. 1) Give me time limits for individual profiles please. 2) Time seems to count down even when my kids aren’t actively using the system. I’m happy with everything else.

The app and its idea are great. But it is not working properly most of the time. I try to remove alarms for my child and it always give the error “Nintendo switch console is not connected to the internet” while it console is connected. If I want to change anything remotely, I can’t. I have to turn the console on and enter the parental control passcode then apply the new changes. It was working before, now it doesn’t. They have to fix this.

Great app. The only problem is if there is no internet connection then you cannot disable alarms. It should not be internet dependent.
