Great training content

Annachka

I'm so glad this app exists and so grateful that the content is free. My relationship with Nike's training programs started in 2007, when I bought the Nike+ for my iPod Nano. I actually became a runner. Eventually, the app got onto the phone and kept me running for many years. After I had my baby, though, I had an incredibly difficult recovery, and once the strange pain went away after 7 months, my body was left in a dreadful state. The worst shape I've ever been. You would think that lifting a 20lb baby all day would strengthen my muscles and improve my core, but it's been so difficult and painful for my back. I look and feel awful. I'm in such a deep hole right now, but the fact that I can access the workouts on this app, especially with how good they are.. it feels like I have real hope that I can dig myself out of this. I'm so grateful for Nike making this free. <3 I've actually been sticking to a routine. How I wish they had something for moms recovering from birth, though... I can't do half the core exercises in the beginner program. For example, a full crunch is just incredibly hard right now. Surely there are easier exercises.

Great App

ShauntyC

I love this app. I workout at home and it provides challenging sessions and great instructions. The trainers and coaches that lead the workouts are a nice touch. It makes the app feel more personal. I recommend it to anyone that tells me they are looking for different workout routines.

Potential

Terrible app with so much potential. Spotify doesn’t work for it and it’s glitchy when going through workouts (some exercises beep to indicate completion, while sometimes it does not indicate when an exercises ends). Little bugs here and there that makes it difficult to get into a rhythm for your workout. Tough

Disappointed

gcdic

Every time I try the app it crashes

Life changing!

jthend93

Nike has programs and trainer led videos that are the best of any app I’ve seen! If you truly dedicate yourself and follow a program and their suggested meals plans or healthy snacks, then there’s no way you wont see results by the end.

Can we have Betina back?

LadyEmp

Betina was mi favorite trainer ? also, can we have more high level programs like Kirsty’s?

Such a great array of work outs

Eppleseed

I have been enjoying the diversity of body movement, especially during a quarantine. It has kept me honest.

App freezes

timberland3137

Lately every time I use the app it freezes and I can’t choose a workout. I’ve updated phone and app without any changes. I get in and out of the app multiple times to try and fix it. Use with WiFi and in LTE without any change. Also it has not been linking to my Apple Watch consistently. Very frustrating when you have to waste 10+ minutes to maybe get it to work that you decide to not work out or do your own thing.

good app to push yourself {So glad it’s free)

Mateo3421

as a holiday gift I got an Apple Watch and looked at the price of Apple fitness. (yuck !}. then I looks for free alternatives and I found this app. I started with the workout videos I could follow along even though they were fast so I would listen to my instincts in my body to go full regular pace , always fine and fix a problem there and then I kept doing the program and Mink exercises I motivate myself to keep moving and do the exact stretches on the videos and the step-by-step training. I followed well and finished hard sweaty workout and it gave me a good benefit for class time and makes me feel well rounded with completed move goals on my Watch. all I need to do is stand around. This app is a complete great thing for workouts and getting sweats for the program workouts on the sweat and Mini workout for fun and to fill the activity bar :)

Love it but new it on iPad

JenesisA

I absolutely love this app however will it ever be iPad compatible? I use Apple fitness + because I like to use the bigger screen but this app I can only use on my phone to use with my watch. Will there be a Version for the iPad soon?
