Great training content – Nike Training Club: Wellness Review

I'm so glad this app exists and so grateful that the content is free. My relationship with Nike's training programs started in 2007, when I bought the Nike+ for my iPod Nano. I actually became a runner. Eventually, the app got onto the phone and kept me running for many years. After I had my baby, though, I had an incredibly difficult recovery, and once the strange pain went away after 7 months, my body was left in a dreadful state. The worst shape I've ever been. You would think that lifting a 20lb baby all day would strengthen my muscles and improve my core, but it's been so difficult and painful for my back. I look and feel awful. I'm in such a deep hole right now, but the fact that I can access the workouts on this app, especially with how good they are.. it feels like I have real hope that I can dig myself out of this. I'm so grateful for Nike making this free. <3 I've actually been sticking to a routine. How I wish they had something for moms recovering from birth, though... I can't do half the core exercises in the beginner program. For example, a full crunch is just incredibly hard right now. Surely there are easier exercises.
