People complain that this app is too hard to win on but don’t realize that there are literally millions of people using it trying to buy shoes and it’s simply just like a lottery. Works great for how many people are using it

There has been multiple times where I have been in the app on time, right at 9:58 AM or earlier to purchase my desired shoe. However, by the time I go to my size and order in less than 20 seconds, system gives me all sorts of error messages. A few times it said my credit card was declined and I know that was not the case, one time and said that Nike system was having an issue however in the same token all the sizes were disappearing as out of stock. The past couple shoes that I want were out of stock within five minutes how is this possible? Do you have a good thing is there is three pair shoes that I want it probably because they were not as popular I was able to get. A shoe came out just today, I had the same issue I was in SNKR on time all the sizes were available by the time I check out it was not available. Therefore, I had to go to another color and down a half a size.

Its been a pleasure being a member of the SNKRS community so far. You guys really make it alot more joyful/fun being a sneaker lover/collecter. Not to mention learning the history and stories about certain pairs of shoes!! #SNKRS4EVR
Warranty Not Honored

Soccer clear build quality it trash, when you send 220$ you expect it to last more than 3 months Especially when we can’t even play games during a pandemic. They do NOT honor their own Warranty & make excuses. Nike is putting Profits>People. Will never buy from this company again!!!
