Bots nothing but bots super disappointing at one point could cop anything you felt like copping now it’s bots and hoping. They really just care about money then customers which is sad but it’s business

I love the concept of the SNKRS app. But the the thing that is frustrating with me and others I have conversations with is, That the app freezes during releases do to the bots. Maybe there should be more ways to variety that you are a human. Or do a draw every time to even the chances of winning.

Tried to purchase many shoes at different release dates and was unsuccessful at all of them. People who abuse the app with bots gets the sneaker, multiple pairs at that. The company selling the sneaker doesn’t care to fix the app or come up with a solution so real people can get shoes... it’s still money in their pocket.

I’ve tried my hand at many many drops. Yet still have not received a single W. Typically for hype releases the moment I hit the submit, I get hit with payment errors (even trying several different options), or just general errors. It’s very frustrating because I’m always quick but never am able to even get a shot at the drop. I hope Nike does something to correct these issues that so many of us are having regularly.

I literally timed my entry with a clock that showed the seconds and literally tried to buy shoes 11-11.5-12 on the clock for all of them to be sold out... im conviced the app recognized how many pple ar in line for a shoe and once it hits certain amount of people tryna buy the fake accounts buy em ell to sell em 200$ more expensive smh very trash and wouldnt waste my time... no way possible the same shoe 3 different sizes sell out in less than 45 seconds...

Until you figure out how to control the bots! Your app is little more than a resellers wholesale app or stockx and goatapp shoe warehouse. Do better to give the regular people a chance to buy! Maybe a lottery or something.

I will love to get exclusive access to top sneakers to wear and not resell I love sneakers I’m about the design of a shoe but it’s hard to get the shoes you once love years ago like Jordan and dunks I will love to take my wins on SNKRS app??♂️
