The way you have to order shoes here is ridiculous!!!! Always sold out. Shoes here are never available. Don’t understand why they think this is the best way for customers to order shoes. I give up

Ever since the draw system was changed to 10 mins more users with multiple accounts have more time to enter… it’s getting flooded with entries…I haven’t won anything since the change other then 1 exclusive access which doesn’t count due to not winning a draw (Leo) .. Nike needs to improve the algorithm. How is it fair some people hit multiple times month over month and then there some users haven’t hit all year +. The algorithm has to be revamped for higher fairness numbers. The sneaker game isn’t what it used to be and Nike/SNKRS has to adapt and come up with creative ways to differentiate consumers who buy their products to wear instead of reselling them. I have a lot ideas to improve the SNKRS experience Nike feel free to reach out

This app was a good idea but the execution was pretty terrible, for starts the whole app is super laggy and slow and instead of just showing you some shoes they have videos of stuff that I think most of us don’t even watch, then when you try and search something you’ll have to wait around 5-7 minutes and then you can scroll through what your looking at and then you wait again for the images to load for other shoes below that. So ok concept but terrible execution!
