Latest update broke the app

Golden-Crowned Kinglet

After update it froze when trying to watch a game. Deleted app and reinstalled; had to re-enter my NHL login, then was asked to enter my Apple ID, which earns an error message. But at least there are more ads now. Yay NHL.

Why am I not getting final scores after SO?

This is not the first time it’s happened. All of a sudden I have no score alerts to the final scores after a shootout occurs. My app is up to date and I’m not sure why this is happening. I used to get all the alerts before, I haven’t changed any of my settings which are always set to receive all of the notifications from the game if I am unable to watch it.

This app told me I was gonna be able to watch all the games if I paid for it. Noticed iv been paying over $20 a month for this and haven’t been able to watch any live games, just tells me there’s a black out due too my area location. Not satisfied at all

Latest Update with Gameflow

Great app. But do we really need all of these features that are in v. 10.2.1?? My app never crashes but I fear this may change soon with all of these new features they keep adding.

Radio broadcast feature not working

Why can’t I listen to the radio broadcast of a game and lock my mobile phone’s screen? Audio stops once locked. Used to work. This is a real problem. Please fix!!!!!

Smart TV accessible

The app is amazing. It’s great that I can access it to watch or listen to games on the go, and it’s featured on Apple TV, but this REALLY REALLY needs to become an app that’s accessible via smart tv. I only have one Apple TV and it’s a pain to have to move it upstairs and down stairs to change location to view. Plus, Apple TV is kinda glitchy at times. This app would be best suited as a smart tv app that can just be accessed directly from any tv in the home!

I love the app, and NHL.TV is amazing for watching games on the go, but on the newest iPhones, there’s a bug that’s been here forever. When watching video, no matter how you access the live stream, whether through the TV icon in the top, or tapping “Watch” on the game score card, whenever you exit the stream, your app is now super zoomed in on the score tab, and the only way to get back to a regular view is to quit the app. It’s really frustrating when trying to go from game to game or pull up stats, because you have to restart the app every time you leave a video, whether it is a live game or video highlights.

All around good app. Missing Siri support and integration with “Up next” in Apple TV app. When watching a game on my iPhone while wearing an Apple Watch, it automatically launches the NHL app for scores on my Apple Watch instead of launching the remote function to pause, change volume etc. This is a big function especially when watching while I run on the treadmill.

This is an amazing app for following and listening to your favorite team. It provides lots of info for any team and provides a lot of live updates. The one thing is that the live updates come before you hear it on the live listening so it’s kind of a spoiler. Other than that it’s a great app.
