Kicks me out all the time

Apparently I can’t use my fantasy app cuz it ends up signing me out, very annoying. After streaming on my tv for a long time can just switch to another game or it will say that someone else is trying to access my account or that more than one person is trying to watch ? love football but this app is trash !!!

Trash app functionality

Every few weeks this app will forget that I have an account. It kicks me out of being logged in, I go to re-sign in and it acts like my user name and password don’t exist. Then I go to the website to log into my account and all the links send me in circles, all eventually sending me back to the same login screen that doesn’t work. Horrible functionality from this app.

Terrible Customer Service, frequent login issues

I’ve had frequent issues logging in where it tells me that my username and password are incorrect, even after double checking them and/or updating them to be absolutely sure. Hold time takes forever and for the price the service costs, it’s completely unacceptable. When the app DOES work it works well, so that’s where the two stars come from.

Doesn’t matter if you have great connection this app will always go and buffer every 20 minutes or so. It his horrible. 200mbps down and 50up and still having issues. Terrible terrible terrible

This app continually blackouts games it should not. So many games I could not see cause of the failures of simple content management. No customer service - I’ve tried to reach out so many times and you cannot get a hold of anyone. I really hope Amazon gets the rights to Sunday Ticket. It’s complete trash

I pay alot of money for something I can’t use. It just stops working both on appletv and on my phone. Won’t allow me to screen cast. And customer service with Direct TV is the worst. I had to complain to the FCC to get help and now the same old problems happening again.

I absolutely love NFL Sunday ticket because I can watch multiple games and I can keep track of scores but I can’t watch the blackout games but I love NFL Sunday ticket

Don’t do it if you want the Saints

If you’re a Saints fan, Sunday ticket shows maybe 20% of their games. Tops. Almost every week the Saints games were “blacked out” from view. So why am I paying $30 a month to have access to every and all NFL games? When the ones I’m interested in are blacked out?? Whatever that even means. Sunday ticket it not worth it. I have an easier time logging in with my TV provider to the ESPN app, fox or cbs to watch live games. It’s not just Saints games they “black out” either. Disappointed in this application. Overpriced for the lack of available games to show.
