Poor quality constantly. Have no issues with any other service, but this expensive service pixelates constantly every week.

This is the second Sunday in a row that I cannot log back in after I log out! Customer service was not helpful. After being on the phone for 1.5 hours of trying to help and putting me on hold, I hung up. Then mid week I was able to log back in! Now I logged off of my phone to log into my TV and it’s saying I’m not recognized. I hate it! An update: I wrote this last year. Today, I tried to call because I was having trouble again. I could log in on my home computer, logged out to run some errands. Tried to log into the app and said I needed to update the application. Did that and now it says my account is not recognized! I hate it. Another update: you should be able to log in from anywhere. It should automatically log you out of an app, like my TV, so I can log into the app on my phone. Instead, it says user not recognized. It’s infuriating!

Complete rip-off if you want to watch on your iphone it never works complete piece of crap, I would rate it lower if I could. Non existent real person customer service.

Using satellite internet blacks out wrong games

App does not correctly utilize location services. Using Starlink (satellite) internet the app places the user’s location at wherever the ISP terminates, versus the user’s actual location. Thus, Sunday Ticket believes i am in a different local market than where i actually reside, blocking out games which I cannot get over local air TV. Why can Youtube TV properly place my location for the local market, but Sunday Ticket can’t? How much money do we pay per month for this service?

No way to cancel subscription from the app

I’m not a Dish subscriber so there’s no way to cancel the subscription from the app. It creates an ATT account for you if you don’t currently subscribe to Dish. I even tried calling and canceling and they couldn’t do it. They told me call your credit card company and dispute the charge. It was such an odd experience.

I need to change my credit card info and cannot find how or where to do this. Both online or through the app, there is no easy way to do this.

Decent but not what expected

Downloaded this app thinking I’ll be able to watch every single NFL game but you can only watch games that aren’t on tv. The app glitches a lot so you have to keep rebooting. You only can cancel before regular season games starts and you have to make sure your not renewed for next season or it’ll charge you . Overall it’s okay but not what I expected .

I can’t wait until Direct TV loses the rights to this thing so I can actually watch the product I pay a ton of $$$ for without technical interruptions. If you are going to charge $72 a month it would be nice if it actually worked!
