I tried to cancel, because my games were blacked out. They continue to bill me monthly, AND you cannot contact anyone! Tried to call, chat etc. nothing works.

I think the app works great and the functions are pretty cool. I have a basic Suddenlink package without NFL network and if there is a game on there it is usually blacked out. I will not be purchasing NFL Sunday ticket unless there is an option to receive every single game. Just let cable die.

I don’t have a direct tv account. So I can’t use the app. I also think there should be lest steps to log in to the app it takes to long and is a waste of my time. When there are other apps that you can watch NFL on. There are other apps that it is simple and easy to login and you don’t need to have direct tv of course.???. So you should not download this app.

I signed up using the student monthly subscription. It is presented as being cancelable at any time. As a student I have limited financial resources. They charged me after the season was over, the services are no longer available but I’m being charged! They offer no refund just took my $25. No games, no replays. DONT SIGN UP FOR STUDENT PACKAGE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN WHEN NO SERVICES ARE OFFERED AND SEASON IS OVER.
