NextAlarm offers discounted alarm monitoring services for existing alarm systems. These services are enabled by setting up a simple, Do-It-Yourself adapter that connects to the existing alarm system and the customer’s High Speed Internet adapter. This app allows NextAlarm Subscribers to view their alarm event history and be able to remotely Arm/Disarm their alarm systems (compatible alarm system required). Cannot Log In

Until the company makes some effort to enable login from this app, don't bother downloading it.

Embarrassing for Nextalarm
easydoes

You would think that after several months they would fix a bug that prevents every subscriber from logging in. Strangely they haven't. Makes them look like a zombie company- hope I'm wrong. C'mon Nextalarm, just hire an iOS contractor to fix this critical bug so we can use your app.

Kidding me!

Can't even login. Why create an app when one cannot use. Beats me!

Same issue as every other posted review!

No option to stay logged in
HHNZombie

So, we can all at least log in with the app, but we do stay logged in. Password is required every time you access it. The old app always kept me logged in. This is useless, as remote arming and disarming already require a separate password. There is no reason to require login password repeatedly

Support Touch ID
Fate of Destruction

As others have stated, the login process needs improvements. I'd suggest you allow the login password to be optional (i.e. saved) and add support for Touch ID for both login and in place of the PIN for arming/disarming. That would elevate this to a 5-star app for me.

Big time fail

I'm a huge fan of NextAlarm - but their app stinks. Need to be able to save the pw or use touchid. Shows armed away - when the system is armed stay. Arming/disarming the system via the app does NOT work. No user name shown for who armed / disarmed in history. The last app was so much better - this one looks much more modern but does not work so it's useless.
