I have had several dash cams on the market most did not last but a few days. I purchased the Nexar dash cam and will never purchase any other brand going forward. The Install took less than 5 minutes and the app is super easy to use you will not be disappointed.

Can’t use with wireless apple CarPlay

Unfortunately the iPhone is only smart enough to handle one WiFi signal at a time and the radio keeps kicking the Nexar app off making the camera useless for me. Update. I did get a camera installed in my wife’s Jeep which has wired apple car play and it works. The phone still won’t connect to the camera until out of range of our home based WiFi but as soon as that connection is lost it automatically connects to the camera so we only lose the first 1/8 mile of the trip.

Best dash cam hands down.

I love this camera. So simple to use. It captures everything. The best part is going back & watching everything it captured during my drive. I real love the interior camera as well. I highly recommend this product if you are in the market for a car camera

I would highly recommend it , very easy to install , I love that every video is uploaded to your I cloud and that you don’t have to start or stop anything it automatically does it when you start and stop the car . Very happy with it.

The app itself is very straightforward and easy to use. It defaulted to audio muted from the start, but easy enough to turn on. Also, if you want it to record automatically every time you go for a drive, make sure you allow Nexar to run in the background “Always” or you’ll have to manually start it each time you go. Tech support is very helpful and responded within 12 hrs of my request... and quickly resolved the issue... which was of my own doing.

I had this app as a standalone app on my phone for months (no external camera), and in May some guy cut me off and I had $9,000 2 in damages to my car. Thanks to the video both the cops and the insurance companies quickly assigned fault to the other driver - not bad for a free app! Afterwards my phone kept shutting down because of the Texas heat, though, so I bought a Nexar camera. It automatically runs in the background, it’s awesome, I don’t even have to think about it. My sticker attachment fell off, though, so I reached out to customer service and they mailed me a suction cup adapter for free! Crazy! Really happy, I recommend that app to everyone.

I have never had a problem one time with my nexc1 dash cam I love mine it takes super clear videos day or night if I could rate the camera higher than a 5 star I would. Also the features is amazing that is included that they give you with each camera. It could truly also save your life one day if In a accident sending out alerts to whom you pick. It’s already saved me from a close call, and a ticket for red light violation when the cop was so sure I’d ran the red light but when I told him I had not and not being smart with him I said I can show you on my camera when I showed him with in just seconds he said wow that camera is amazing and wanted to know where I found that at that he wanted one it’s better then the one in his cop car and I have to agree having worked in LE this camera is in ways a lot clearer than the dash cameras iv had in my past. Recommend to anyone it’s very easy to install and the customer support is amazing if you ever need them for anything.

My husband bought a Nexar dash cam last month for his truck, and this week we just purchased a Nexar dash cam for my car. It’s great, and very easy to set up. I had to contact support, and I was delighted how quickly the responded & solved my problem. It was my mistake, but they fixed me right up. My husband is convinced that a dash cam is necessary today. We are very happy that it automatically comes on when we start the car & saves to the cloud. And the price is great!!! Thank you Nexar!
