I love the app, really eclectic mix of news and other topics all available within seconds. Easy to navigate and choose preferred material and subject matter. Recently, the app is slow to load and will often fail to display content at all. Please update when you can! I really enjoy the app and would like to continue using it.

News Digest still shows no articles & news is very slow to load! C'mon guys--you have known about this problem for weeks. Fix it or quit allowing this now useless app to be downloaded!! News digest returns NO articles. Used to be a great app, but pretty much useless now!

I amend my prior review about the left leaning content bias. Apparently you can block sources you don't wish to see. The customer service of News Republic is first rate. They responded to my question almost immediately. It's a five star app now IMO.

This is a decent app but the main problem with it is after moving several pages through the news, it drops back to an earlier page or to the first page. After it does this, you have to scroll back through the dozens of pages you have already viewed. This is enough of a problem that it makes the app too much work to use and therefore not worthwhile. Issue #2, it reports the same story time and time again from different sources so you can see the same story 4 or 5 times. FInd another app is my recommendation.

Not biased and worldwide in scope. Excellent sources from The Guardian to Al Jazeera, the NY Times, Huffington, Quartz, etc. easy to personalize and use. I recommend News Republic regularly to friends and family. My only annoyance is when the app updates for new stories, you get sent back and have to scroll back through stories you've already read.

This news is so distorted, it qualifies as pure government propaganda designed to distort reality and facts. If you love corrupt government, you will love this app.
