Despite the recurrent application faults and damages,, I have a valid subscription till the end of 2018, but when I want to add a new account, the application refused !! I need help ..

Really, only one number can be tracked now! What a rip off! You just stole our money with this app! I used to track 10 numbers at a time, then you reduced it to 5 numbers, and now only one! The developer of the app should give some sort of compensation to the users! Why pay for a year subscription, when you don’t even fulfill what you advertise! Huge, huge disappointment! ?

Subscription expired before due date

The app worked most of the time, with a few glitches here and there. About two weeks ago it stopped updating the profiles. This was something they were aware of, since a message kept popping up stating that they were currently working on it. This afternoon however, my subscription was no longer working, apparently it had expired saying I needed to re-purchase when indeed I had time left before my subscription was over. Will not be buying again. Fix your bugs.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL THEY FIX IT AND MAKE IT DO WHAT IT WAS DOING AND WHAT I PAID FOR! Now you can only track one number?!?!? What’s the point! I paid for a subscription and now you change the app so it’s not even functional. Reporting this directly to Apple development for ripping of subscription customers!

I paid for the app which was supposed to give me access to ten contacts for three months, but after a month it gave me only access to one contact. Please fix this.
