Half the time it works and half the time it won’t work. Plus there is no way to contact technical support May 7, 2018 The app has not worked for three days and I have a year long subscription. Why is this happening? Do you wait for us to pay and then give us shoddy service?

Not working again. When are you going to fix this app. Uninstalled and installed a few times. Still not working. Can you pls fix this asap. The maintenance of this app is not up to the mark according to the price you are charging for it.

Hi netwa The application went alright for several days, however starting from today, there are no longer notifications of the online/offline contacts and doesnt give the last seen as well. Therefore I want you to fix that problem as soon as possible. Thank you,

Is there a way to contact you via email? I don’t have Telegram. Hello, The app is not working. It won’t show when WhatsApp users are online, but I know they are (I can see them online when I’m in WhatsApp). I’ve tried deleting the Netwa app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the Netwa app, but it makes no difference. Can you please fix the issue? Thank you
