Was tracking one contact fine. Stopped tracking after you added the ability to add 2 profiles.

He comprado dos veces la suscripción de 3 meses. La primera vez antes de un mes se acabó las suscripción y ahora solo me aceptan suscribir 2 contactos cuando lo que ofrecen es 10

For the past week I’ve been having problems with this app. I can’t have the 10 people on. I can only have one. But every time I try to go on and check it it gives me some error. Now my subscription has expired. But I noticed that whenever there’s errors at this app there’s no credit so I lost 10 days of being able to use the app but you guys manage to get my money. So I will not be renewing any longer. There is anotherApp like this. I will spend my money there. You don’t even deserve one star.

This is a useful application. However, it goes offline and does not track your contacts very often and it has gone completely offline since 4 days ago. I have tried to contact the support team without any luck. If the developer manages to provide a stable service, this application is very useful in tracking your children online activities for example. But as it is, its just a waste of good 10 dollars and honestly, having to struggle with an application every few days is frustrating and not worth it ( this was my original review.However, it seems that the developers have been working on resolving the issues diligently, so i will give the application 5 stars. I have to stress this out that without the above mentioned problems, this application is very useful and also easy to work with) Keep up the good work guys.

Hi When we should add more then 2 profiles ? We paid for this app & it was before 10 profiles we can add, Please update as soon as possible .
