A great way to stay informed, not a great way to organize my finances

I linked my accounts so I could have a one-stop shop for monitoring my finances, but refreshing information was finicky and inconsistent. I was hoping to use the app as a time-saver, but it didn’t meet my expectations. Having said that, I’m keeping the app, and I continue to use it as a source of financial information.

It’ll say accounts are linked but actually aren’t

It’ll say your accounts are linked. But when you try to do anything it makes you link those accounts because it says they aren’t linked. Example you try to get one of their high yield savings accounts it will say choose account you want to use but you tap on your account and it says it needs to be linked. You keep going through the process in a big circle over and over. When you contact support they are seemingly uninterested in helping they don’t read the issue your having. You send them screenshots of issues they say you didn’t put your whole number in for the code yet it says right there in bold it’s asking you to either put in the email or number on file you want it sent too. Any it always sent me my code and whoever this person is doesn’t get what I’m saying! None of them do because they change reps that respond and they don’t get back and read the original email you send they only skim the last one and think it’s related to something else. High lack of interest to keep my business or NerdWallet just isn’t for me! It’s obviously a site or app issue so I can’t be the only one. So if you get it call them or something before you set anything up to make sure it works. Not saying they are totally a bad Unuseful tool especially if you don’t have any issues with linking cards and accounts. But maybe support won’t seem as stoned for you as they did for me LoL
