The credit score this app gives is always much lower than my actual score. The only thing this app is good for is trying to sell more credit accounts. They've clearly sold out to the credit card companies. Save yourself the headache and skip this one.

Slow to update

I find that NerdWallet scores are more than 2 weeks behind Credit Karma scores, even after their ‘weekly’ updates. I’ve paid off 2 bills more 30 days ago and NerdWallet still shows a balance due when Credit Karma shows it being off. I don’t understand what’s going on?

I found it convenient to be able to check multiple accounts (saving, checking and credit card) at the same time.

Two more security steps please

NerdWallet website & app are fantastic. Please help make it more secure. 1) There is a pre-select to "remember my password". The box is already checked. 2) Only one security question. 3) No log off icon. I closed out of the app (and didn't have my password saved). I tapped on the app again expecting to need to log in and my NerdWallet account opened right up. I love the idea of this app and would love to fully use it by adding my financial accounts. I'm hesitant to do that if someone could tap on the app on my phone & get right in to my financial information. I understand that there may be great encryption for financial transactions. I'm more worried about the login leniency.

Linking Accounts is painful

Linking accounts is painfully slow. This is the era of the blazing fast internet. Syncing should be extremely fast. After signing into CapitalOne, no OTP is sent to the cell or email. Please check it ASAP.

Kind of creepy

This app forces you to answer questions and reveal information instead of just letting you see your credit score. Stopped using when it was no longer useful.

i dont think ive had some of the issues that some say they have..... this app, nerd wallet, wallet hub consistently say the same for me within couple days of each other.... i have used all to raise my score bout 110 pts since feb 2017..... love the simulator
