I wish they would let you have your pet from the game on the website

I was really enjoying this game, but after two days of trying, the app refuses to load past the opening screen. I have tried uninstalling multiple times and every time it starts working as normal until I try to recover my account, which then freezes after a successful login when it asks me to rate the game. I do not know what to do to make it work, I want to give the game five stars but I can’t even play it.

Lately the app keeps freezing. I can’t even get it to load all the way. Works once a day if that. As for the gameplay itself, it has gotten real old real fast. Takes forever to lvl up the characters. Which means you are having to do a lot of grinding. They have added challenges that allow you to get a cheat in your Neopets account. If you can’t get into the app to play, you will never get a chance to earn them.

I absolutely adore Neopets!!! Have been playing online since early 2ks so imagine my excitement when I found this ? only to be let down by the inability to play it due to loading issues. ? downloaded the game, made it through tutorial and registered but when I try to open the app it gets stuck on loading screen only playing music. Please fix this and I will grant 5 ⭐️, until then 1 ⭐️ is the least I will give. ?

I’ve been playing neopets for over 13 plus years and was excited for the release of this mobile game. Sadly I can’t even play it because it either crashes or doesn’t even load at all. Please fix this I have an iPhone XR and it won’t even work on it.

Could not open app at all. Kept timing out trying to connect with server. Will give the Neopets staff time to work out the bugs and try again. What do you think, in about year maybe? Y’all slow to fix stuff lol Love you though!

Very clunky, just like I remember

This app runs like early 2000’s Neopets games: clunky, crashes often, with the weirdest storyline that doesn’t quite flow well. It brings back so many fond memories for me as I was in love with Neopets as a child and this is just bringing back all those memories

I was doing amazingly almost finished the first location in the story, I had a good team and was having a great time, but I believe as soon as I was on part 20 my game crashed and it has never correctly loaded again. I reinstalled, the game loads up and gives the tutorial, but as soon as I log back into my account it crashes and never loads. When I start the game the first load screen appears, then the “tap to play” with the menu music, but once I tap the bar loads erratically and, once full, the version number disappears and the game doesn’t start. I’ve waited up to 20-30 minutes for it to start it never does.

I wrote a ticket to support to play the game and still haven’t played in weeks. I missed out on the prizes and the new trophy because my game is frozen on a page. I hope this is resolved soon so I can give this game a proper rating. Updated: Thank you LL Team my issue has been resolved and I love this game. Upon review it is very fun to play and the challenges are unique. My rating is a full five for the gameplay.

Fun game with a few bugs to be worked out

I’m enjoying the game and all the different challenges, but hopefully the bugs will be worked out soon. I couldn’t get the game to load for a few days after it froze on me, but the support team was helpful and I was able to get back in without losing progress on the daily logins.
