Won’t load schedule

kristymarie21

Every time I log in to see my schedule it says error. I have deleted and re downloaded the app and it still doesn’t work. I have to call everyday into work to see when I work. I’m not able to pick up shifts because it’s not working ?

Schedule

karvala1981

I have used a few different apps for scheduling and this by far is the worst app ever created.

The Worst

cashfanman

The worst, totally undependable app I’ve ever used. Always problems. Don’t bother.

Terrible

Serverlady

For almost a week now it's been saying contact service administrator so I can't see my schedule. Plus it makes me change my password once a week. Obnoxious and never works for long periods of time.

Worst ever

Ahhbee13

I’ve never gotten so much grief from an app before in my life until i had to use this app for work!!! Ugh problems all the time n then theres no other way to get help other than email..

Update

720 177 199

Just did the update and now the real time sales is gone. Not happy

fix this app.

We are going on a month without this app working for a majority of our staff at work. We’ve all contacted you and NO ONE seems to be able to figure out the issue. We depend on this app for our money to pick up shifts!!!

Pulse Real Time & Restaurant Guard

Napa Flats

The Real time and restaurant guard feature of the Pulse app are awesome! Tells you real time information on sales, labor, current tables, comps/ voids, employee rankings + more. Restaurant guard notifies you of significant comps, voids, clears, transfers, and tips! I believe most of the lower rankings are coming from a different product that runs off the same platform.

Atrocious

After using HotSchedules in the past, NCR Pulse is embarrassingly bad and ineffective.

I can’t see my schedule ONCE AGAIN

Cooolgirl4774

I keep getting an exception error occurred. Contact system administrator. No one else at my work is having this problem but this is the 4th time I’m having this issue.
