this app needs some serious revising and testing. i’ve been trying to reset my password by hitting “forgot my password,” and i haven’t gotten an email in days.

Bruh, I need this app for work to know when I work. But y’all don’t even let me or send me an email no matter how many times I tried. Tried hitting reset password, and didn’t get an email or anything. Like bruh help
Not a scheduling app

I’m not sure where all these reviews are coming from about scheduling. This app is for a checking current revenue and labor percentage. It has nothing to do with scheduling.
Cant use the app

I am required to use this app to request time off yet i have never been able to. I get a not valid error message every time. Ive deleted and reinstalled and it still doesnt work. There is no way to contact support for the app.
Network connection failed

I’m not sure what’s going on. I can’t login on the app. This is the only app I have an issue with about network connection failure. I can’t see my schedule for work and it’s honestly super annoying. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Still not working.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No communication between co workers and schedule changing or swapping. The app doesn’t work 90% of the time.

This is the worst app on my phone. Almost every time I try to check my schedule it says “Invalid credentials”. It’s been like this for an entire year. How is it STILL this laughably, unbelievably bad??
