This app needs major work. Never works properly. Locks me out while doing inventory. Beyond frustrating.

Every Sunday night I try to do our weekly inventory via the Pulse App. It always goes offline at approximately 11pm cdt and I start inventory at 10:30pm..... so I start it and lose access to it until about 2am. I have contacted support numerous times and I am told it is my own internet connection..... not at all correct. My cellular data always shows connection and my WiFi also has a strong connection. Fix your servers and actually have your support look into problems when customers report them.

We have several stores in our area but it keeps giving me alerts to the store I don’t work at even though I’ve adjusted the settings.....

Edited to add: now it regularly will not show shifts on Sundays for my entire restaurant. In addition to not showing the schedule due to invalid credentials, it’s also not even showing the entire schedule when it does finally load Most of the time the app gives me an error message of invalid credentials, but will login me in maybe once every couple of days. Not being able to consistently view my schedule is irritating considering that’s the only function of this app

Sundays simply do not show up on the schedule. Every week it fails to do the simple job of showing seven days. Also no good features to speak of. No out-times, no messaging, only an archaic “post” and “pickup” option. Terrible.

I have 2 jobs, and use both Pulse and Hot Schedules for each of them. I hate that my schedules don’t sync with my calendar. Please add calendar sync to pulse. I love being reminded that I work in an hour or that I can open my calendar and I can see my whole schedule from my 1 job without opening the app. No offense but NCR Pulse is a little out dated and very one sided. Communication should be key when creating an app that’s developed for its workers. Keep updating!!

For the price a business pays NCR, the company needs to to replace their entire development team. Over priced and underwhelming.

Does NCR even employ app developers? This has next to no functionality and is littered with glitches including shifts not showing up. Way better options out there for companies

App constantly crashes when I press the overtime tab. ??♀️ I’ve tried uninstalling and turning off phone but no luck. This has been an issue for weeks!!! WTH
