I was able to figure out the whole process of getting an ez pass HOV account first, then getting the transponder, then using the transponder number to create an account at the ncquickpasshov site, and then download the app, and then sign in and set the status to HOV for seven days. But, when I went back in three days ago to reset it (it had been past 7 days), there was a server error when I tried to login. There has been ever since. Not only is the most convoluted, unintuitive process, but I cannot use the lanes anyway because I can’t sign in and set the status using this app.

Keeps giving me error message please select a valid duration for every single duration I try, nothing works. Extremely disappointed because now I have incurred fees.

First, you have to sign up for a HOV account at the NCquickpass website. Then once you receive it, you have to create ANOTHER account at NcquickpassHOV.com to actually use it. Why they don’t use the same website and log in is beyond me. Then of course you have to schedule ahead or select HOV status and wait 15 mins to use. Otherwise you are charged for tolls. Customer service is useless, phone is busy forever. I had to figure it out through online comments. Whatever they can do to make this difficult and charge for tolls. Terrible all around.

No problem logging into website but the app doesn’t recognize my ID. Can’t even reset the password via app because it doesn’t recognize my listed email address

Why have an app that won’t allow you to log in? Used my CONFIRMED user name a password negative results. I used the in app link to the website....the login works fine. Just save the link....forget this app.

I have been trying to create an account with this app for the past 30 days and have continually gotten and error stating I needed to input all fields, which I’ve done or it states there’s a server error. One would think the developers would have fixed it by now.
