Can no longer watch news at home when traveling

Shame they decided to limit usefulness of this app for those of us who travel but want to stay in tune with our hometown news. I can get local news on a hotel TV, so limiting viewing via the app based on location settings is pointless. Even more pointless when I'm traveling internationally.
Restricted news viewing

Somehow in the last month, this app has changed to limit live news viewing to the market area you are in instead of being able to watch your "home" news broadcast . This renders what was originally a useful app to just another marginally useful piece of software. If I want to watch local news, I'll just turn on the tv. Bad move NBC !

Does not work on my iPhone. NBC support cannot read or understand my problem. Unable to stream ANY live TV
Weather portion not as good as Storm Team 4

I do use the app for local news but not for weather. The Storm Team 4 weather app had better radar and was easier to navigate. You should update it for iOS 11 and support it.

Haven’t been able to use the storm team 4 app in weeks because it hasn’t been updated for iOS 11. What are you waiting for?
Good information - buggy app & stupid restrictions

Today’s update broke the sharing menu. I still find it ridiculous that if I stick antenna on the roof of my home I can get the non-news station content for free; but if I want it on my iPhone I have to subscribe to cable or satellite.
Radar no longer working

Recent update has impacted the radar. Can no longer see anything but the map.
