You would think an organization as big as NBC would like their app to work

Click on a story and the white screen of death appears. The stories are informative if the app doesn't fail. This has been mentioned for months, but clearly NBC chooses to ignore the problem.

The bloggers can’t help but inject their political bias and prejudice into almost every article, and critical comments to the contrary are censored regularly. The writing style is amateur and the news is often behind most of the other sports apps. Amateur app at best.

It seems like this app is not supported anymore. App is not iPhone X optimized. I would rate higher if it was, and if other bugs were fixed.

This app has bugs that have been there for a year plus. One that is particularly annoying is that if you click a link in any article, you cannot close the window with the “done” button. Instead you have to force quit the app and start it back up again. It’s unreal this issue has been around so long, but then again they never update it anyone. One of the worst developed apps I’ve ever seen. I love the content, I think it’s time to move on.

Used to be a great app... Now, after I click a link in an article, I can’t go back to the app. I’m stuck on the link even though I tap Done. Speaking of Donw, I’m done with this app and will stick with The Athletic!
When will the problems be fixed?

This app used to be great. I still use it daily to read articles, knowing I will encounter many issues each time. Other apps are blowing sportstalk out of the water, such as Bleacher Report for example, and with every problem it pushes me closer to deleting an app I have been using since before the NBC acquisition. Perhaps performing updates more than once a year will help. Problems include: 1. Clicking a link on a story, but not being able to return to the article without closing the app and reopening. 2. Articles not fitting in the phone window properly. 3. No filter to remove feeds that you don’t care for. Also, when you rearrange feeds, the order you choose doesn’t save. 4. Comments never post for some reason, and there are login issues when trying to post a comment. But if you read the comments sections, it seems that the worst opinions or beliefs are posted by the same people always. 5. Some twitter posts and videos that are included in articles don’t work. 6. Many, many more issues that have been occurring for months and even YEARS.
