Face Scan doesn't even work like they didn't put any work or test it out

Doesn’t even work. When you tap “Get Started” the screen just turns red and no matter how many times I sign out and sign in again, close and reopen or even delete and re-install, the outcome is always the same... It just doesn’t work. It isn’t even worthy of a star but unfortunately I have to give it at least one

Downloaded and accepted all the user agreements. Login was correct and I allowed the app to use my camera and still nothing! I’m just staring at a red screen with the white outline for my face. Please fix this app, just trying to see myself in the game. ???♂️
