Nothing happens when I get to align face in circle part, it’s just an empty circle. After reading message boards and reviews EA Sports don’t even care about fixing the issue.
Worked on iPhone 6s but not iPhone X

Please fix this as I would like to scan my face in my new phone... it gives me a red screen that I cannot Adan my face on my iPhone X... pretty much the best description I can give... please make a patch for iPhone X. Thank you

It takes like 20 times just to recognize your face and it’s only for the 2k18 version not for 2k16 or 2k17

Please fix this ! Does not support iPhone X , gives red screen when trying to scan .. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled serval times with no success. This problem needs to be addressed.

Waste of time. If it would actually scan your face, then it’d be a huge plus to the NBA Live game. Until then, it’s a waste of time!

If I could give it less than a star I would. Doesn’t scan, when it does it says it has lost my scan or that I moved my head too fast. How about test the app before putting it out there for consumers to use. That might be a good idea.
