Won’t even work on iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 11.0.3 Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling still with no luck. Hopefully it gets an update to address this issue.

I have an iPhone 8 with iOS 11.0.3 and all I get is a red screen with a head outline. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.
It has never worked

I have installed and reinstalled , signed in and signed out and nothing. Every now and again I will get to the 2nd part of the scan where it says turn your head and then wait .. nothing try again or get better light. Which I have tried as well. This app is obviously broken so no point in installing unless you like hoping someday it will work.
