Don’t get it!

I’ve upgraded my app into its pro version 5 days ago. Since then, it never worked. It doesn’t read any of my Microsoft word documents. I’ve reached out to their customer service through email and did not help at all. I was just asked to do the same thing all over again trying to see if it’ll solve the problem. Their responses are very slow as well. If I can give this a 0 star, I will. When I asked for a refund after sending all the evidences like videos and photos of the app not working for what I paid for, she said she can’t refund my money as she doesn’t have the authority to do so. I tried doing it through the App Store, and it says it’s not a valid reason that the app is not working to get a refund. You can’t win on this app. Don’t buy it!

Needs better iPad integration (split screen + slide over)

This is a great app, but desperately need split screen and slide over. Not sure why it doesn’t already... there is an iPhone app. Should be an easy port.

I downloaded the app. It seem to work beautifully. Until it’s trial period (15 min.) is over. It cost $9.99... a deal if it worked. I pay for it, then I need to reinstall it. Still won’t recognize that I’ve paid for it. Next, a list of things that I have to do to make it work. Bull! Finally I spent over an hour on the phone with Apple getting a refund. Save your time by just going with a developer who knows how to make an app that works trouble free.

Can’t transfer my purchase to a newer iPad?

I paid $9.99 for the pro version several years ago, and used it for 2 years during my masters program at school. It worked well enough that I decided to continue using it when I got a new iPad recently. However, the version showing up in my purchases is not the pro version I paid for. It only let me re-download a version with just a 15 minute sample. I don’t want to have to pay for it again for everyone of my devices. :(

I paid for it. I use it a lot. Especially when driving. Does not interface well with some model vehicles that will open the music app randomly but it’s rare.

you can only use it free for a small amount of time. When I bought the $10 pro version, it said I would get a free voice package. For the past week or so I have tried to download my new voices, but each time it finishes downloading, I get an alert that says "unable to download. This should be a temporary issue with our downloading server." I'm not sure I'll ever be able to download new voices All the same, this is an app I use regularly. It organizes books and documents in a clear cohesive fashion and I have edited manuscripts and listened to academic articles on my 1 hour commute for years now. When I changed to iPhone 11 it didn’t work, but I uninstalled and reinstalled and it came back like a charm!

Not really free with in-app purchases. You only get limited free time once an hour. Deleting.

i cant find anything i need!

I’m trying to look up a book so it can read it but I don’t know how when I try adding one it makes me type my own and so why would I need it to read the book if I already knew what it said and was able to type it!

Better if you could edit your story’s

That app is fine would give a higher star but the fact that we cant edit our uploaded story’s make it where it’s annoying when you want to just edit a lil part but have to upload and retype the story I hope y’all fix’s it later but I’m going with a different app
