The new update needs a rollback. Crashes on iPad purchased in March. So, not an issue with the iPad. Please fix the code. Thanks.

This app is more than I even knew I needed, but now i couldnt imagine living without it. I'll never use another app for my park travels again

Best Map app I've ever used.

Krunk48

I never write reviews but this one deserves special credit. I travel to national parks all the time (dozens a year) and hike/ backpack everywhere and this app throws the best topo maps, trails and hot spots to each park in one place. I even use this map in areas outside of the parks just to track my locations, especially when I have no service. Love that it tells me how far I've walked, elevation climbed and descriptions on each trail. Must have app for travelers. No more scrolling the internet to look up what hikes to do and things to see, it's all here!

The best hiking / national park info app

This app is gorgeous. Well- thought out, extremely usable, rich with features. Garmin should take a lesson from this and see how trail maps should be done. I enjoy using this to look back at national parks I have visited and also consider new ones. I only wish it had a donate feature because of all the apps I have, this is one of the few so good I would be more than happy to pay for it.

Surprisingly A Very Good App

I say that because it is better than most pay Apps. I would like to see ( like stated in other reviews) more robust features, bit I am sure they are focusing on expansion on more parks, rather than expanding existing parks. Hopefully there will be a point where lateral expansion ends and focus switches to existing parks - with more items, "gems", and features. It also prompted me to visit their online retail website and explore their physical store locations - obviously completing the apps main goal. REI is succeeding with that via a fantastic app!
